WANNABOATS maintains a personal data file obtained through the booking process, or listings for boat or other marine services on the wannaboats.com website, whose purpose is for the contracting, statistics, for sending promotional offers, and for the maintenance of the collaboration that WANNABOATS may have with the user. Claims and Applicable Jurisdiction

 Claims will be made in writing to address previously indicated and with a reliable method of receipt.
