The boat I reserved wasn't available. The owner accommodated for the mixup. The crew was really nice. The speakers went out midtrip but that was fixed. The owner was responsive.

We had the most amazing experience with Cappuccino and Guys on our private charter in Punta Cana! From the moment our private transportation picked us up, everything was seamless. We got to see dolphins up close, interact with iguanas, monkeys, and even a giant parrot (Crystal absolutely loved the monkey!). Cappuccino also took fantastic pictures of all of us throughout the trip, capturing memories we’ll treasure forever. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun, comfortable, and well taken care of the entire time. Their energy and hospitality made the experience truly unforgettable.
