We chartered a boat to visit Saona Island at the end of December 2022. We had a great time on the island and in the natural swimming pool (Palmilla). We visited Abanico and Catuano beaches, snorkeled and had a nice lunch at Catuano, and enjoyed the natural swimming pool (both swimming in shallow waters and seeing and touching the sea stars). The boat was very clean and organized. The captain, Omar, and his assistant, Jaime, were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were also very flexible with changes in our itinerary. Communications with Omar was great. He was very responsive, helpful, and accommodative. We had a later start in the morning due to an engine issue that needed some fix. But Omar kindly extended the trip and arranged the return so that we watched a beautiful sunset on our way back. I highly recommend captain Omar and his boat.

Omar & John were absolutely delightful! If you want privacy this is it! If you want adventure this is it! Omar is great! He made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. Plus private beach area for us to enjoy while bbq-ing. Omar is fun & helpful! He provided a nice lunch plus let us add food to the grill. John cooked it all perfectly. Omar surprised us with desserts too! Will definitely book with Omar again! I highly recommend this booking.
